Simple Stamped Nativity Christmas Cards

Working on my Funkie Junkie 12 Tags of Christmas has really gotten me in the Christmas spirit.  How funny!  While I was on a roll, I decided to whip out some cards for my stash.  It's been a while since I played along with a Mojo Monday sketch, so I broke out my Verve stamps and went to town.

I ordered this Nativity set from Stampin' Up! last year because I truly love nativity cards and only had a couple of stamps.  I decided to partially stamp the nativity in black and then use the star that is part of the stamp separately on the tag.  I embossed this new Verve sentiment at the top corner.  It truly is a festive stamp and I love it!

I stamped the scripture from the SU! set on the inside of my card to finish it off.  Here's my sweet Logan just before his sparring match.  He did get his green belt and we are just so proud of him!

  4. These are so pretty! I love the traditional colors, and yet they aren't "bright and cheery." They are more toned-down and "respectful," if that makes any sense? Anyhow, they are perfect with this lovely image! :)
